- 35 EURO FOR EACH COMPETITOR ENTERING IN 1 DISCIPLINE
- 15 EURO MORE FOR EACH DISCIPLINE AFTER 1ST ONE.
For example 1 competitor entering in 3 disciplines: 35 + 15 + 15 = 65 euro total.
I would like to remind you that the competitors have the possibility to compete in an unlimited number of disciplines and styles and weight categories.

GENERAL RULES TO ATTEND THE COMPETITIONS

WE REMIND YOU THAT WITHOUT ONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS THE COMPETITOR WILL BE NOT ADMITTED TO THE COMPETITION AND NO MONEY WILL BE GIVEN BACK.
Every Martial Arts or Sport Combat club, association and federation may attend the Tournament with an unlimited number of competitors from each part of the world, but the hereunder requirements are compulsory:
- to be members (registered) of any Martial Arts or Sport Combat Federation or Association;
- to have a medical certification attesting competitor’s fitness valid until the year ending 2011;
- to have insurance certification for the responsibility in case of accident happened during the competitions;
- the above certificates must be valid also in Italy;
Every Chief Delegation will be responsible in order to these above points. It means that every Chief Delegation has the responsibility to have all regular required documents for every competitors of his Delegation.
The Organizing Committee, F.I.K.F. Kombat League World Cup declines every form of responsibility in case of accidents to the people or to the things happened before, during and after the Tournament.
On this webpage you find all necessary documents in order to attend the Tournament.
You have to send all document at least one month before the beginning of competitions.

PARENTS OF COMPETITORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD HAVE TO DECLARE UNDER OWN RESPONSABILITY TO PERMIT TO THEIR CHILDREN TO TAKE PART TO COMPETITIONS AND DECLINE THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF "KOMBAT LEAGUE WORLD CUP 2010", FROM ANY FORMS OF CIVIL AND PENAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF INCIDENTS HAPPENED DURING THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITIONS. PARENTS AND CHIEF DELEGATIONS HAVE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OVER THE COMPETITORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD.
THESE ARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE COMPETITIONS:
MEDICAL CERTIFICATION VALID FOR THE YEAR 2011: every competitor has to obtain this medical certification by his Doctor or Hospital or Recognized Medical Sport Structure. It is very important to remind you all that for the Full Contact Specialties (Full Contact, Kickboxing, Thai Boxe, K1, Sanda) a special and more specific medical certification is required. It is the same medical certification required to compete in Boxe Competition with more specific examination as electroencephalogram. Please ask to your Doctor.
INSURANCE CERTIFICATION: every competitor has to ask to his coach if he is in possess of the insurance certification. Usually it is the same certification valid for the activities in own country. But it is very important to be sure of it and if your national insurance certification is not valid for the competitions in Italy you have to obtain a new one valid for the KL WORLD CUP 2011.

It is very easy, just follow the steps.
We are asking you to fulfill it all, with all competitors and also companions informations, so that we can send you (after the receipt of the copy of the bank transfer) the invitation letter, with which the embassy will release to you your VISA to participate to the event, if required.
If you have any trouble to get your VISA, because of any kind of problem, we will give you your money back until April 30th, only we will keep a fix tax of 100euro for all the expenses. From April 30th to May 20th we will be obliged to keep 30% for the hotel reservation and after May 20th no deposit will be refund anymore.
It is compulsory to make hotel reservation and buy tickets for Bus Shuttle which will transport you from the Hotel to the Hall and back to the hotel.
Once you'll finish to enroll all your fighters and companion, the total amount will come visible to you and we kindly ask you to send bank transfer to the following account to confirm your registration and reserve the desired hotel:
