Visa

All the foreigner countries which requires VISA to enter in Italy, needs to follow this procedure:

- Please goes to the section "ENTRY FORM". Write specifications of your Team, all names of the participant you would like to take directly part to the event (specifiyng all the required informations, i.e. Choosen Hotel, choosen discipline/s and categories...etc...) and also of the accompanying people (coaches or relatives)

- Once you finished compleating your form, you should make a calculation of the total costs and make a bank transfer of the 30% of the total amount on the following account:

I specify to you clearly that no invitation letter or CONI invitation or hotel booking will be provided to you, before you transfer the money to our account, we want only seriously interested and sportive societies, which have the necessary requirements to get the VISA, and this is an insurance for us, because to start visa procedure is a big work and responsibility for us.

- Once you made the bank transfer and sent a copy to us, we will send you copy of invitation letter from us, from CONI and hotel booking, that you will bring to the embassy to ask for the VISA release.

If there are of course any kind of problems in getting VISAS or other kind of urgent problems, you'll have the possibility to get refund untill April 30th except one fix tax of 100euro for all the expenses.
From April 30th to May 20th you will get partial refund (except 30% that will be kept by the hotels).
After April 16th no money will be given back.

We therefore suggest you to start immediately with the documents, so that if there are any kind of problems, you'll have the possibility to know it on time and ask for your money back on time.
